Fairline Property Group is a small company working nationwide, run by [PLACEHOLDER founder name]. We do two things: we buy houses directly from owners who need out, and we recover surplus funds for people whose homes have already sold.
Why we do both.
Because we kept running into the same person too late. Someone would call about selling and the auction had already happened. There was nothing left to buy, but there was often money sitting at the courthouse in their name that nobody had told them about. So we built the second business.
How we make money.
On the buy side, we resell or hold the property. Our profit is the spread between what we pay and what the property is worth, minus repairs and costs. On the recovery side, we take a share of what we recover, capped by state law. That is it. There are no hidden fees and no third parties paying us for your information.
What we will never do.
