When you submit a form we also record the date and time, the page you submitted from, and your browser type, so we have a record of the consent you gave. If you call us, we keep basic notes of the call. We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank details, or any payment information through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to look into whether we can make a cash offer on your property, to look into whether surplus funds may be held in your name, to send you documents you ask for, and to keep records we are required to keep.
