You can file claims yourself. You are never required to use a recovery service to claim funds held in your name. You may file directly with the county or court holding the funds, at no cost.

No guaranteed outcomes. We cannot guarantee that surplus funds exist in your name, that a claim will be approved, how long any process will take, or that we will purchase any particular property. Nothing on this site is an offer to purchase real property. Any offer will be made in a separate written agreement.
