Fairline Property Group LLC is a private real estate investment company. We buy houses for our own account, and we help homeowners pursue surplus funds that a county or court may be holding after a foreclosure sale. We are not a law firm, not a licensed real estate brokerage, and not a financial advisor, and we are not affiliated with any court, county office, or government agency.

Information on this site

Everything on this site is general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing here is an offer to purchase real property and nothing here guarantees any outcome. Any offer we make will be in a separate written agreement. Our full Disclaimer is part of these terms.

Using our forms

When you submit a form you confirm that you are at least 18, that the information you give is accurate, and that the phone number and email address you give belong to you. Submitting a form does not create any agreement to sell your property or to hire us.

Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and ticking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Fairline Property Group LLC about your property, a possible cash offer, or a possible surplus funds claim. This includes messages sent by an automated system.

Do not use this site to break the law, to submit someone else's information without their permission, to send us false information, or to interfere with how the site works.
